This is happing to me too. I am on IE. It seems to have started since the Feed (SLums) came into being.

it appears to be a change in the return url which is being fed to it, or the way it handles those urls... it's being fed a relative url, when it should have a fully qualified one.

it's very possible that changes around the my.secondlife profiles may be the cause... I used to have no end of problems staying signed into that, but now it seems to work properly. so I'm guessing that they tweaked openID to use a full path, instead of assuming a path? should be easy enough to fix though.

I get "page cannot be found" I think it said 400 error.
