MY shape and clothes wont download

for the past few days everytime I log on my Avi's shape and clothes wont downlaod I have the ruthfie look !!!

I am having that problem with as well and no matter how many times I re-bake or clear cashe. I have changed skins, eyes, clothes, hair and anything else and I still look like cousin "IT" I see my eyes, and my hair and my ears (which are an attachment) it doesnt matter what viewer I used.. it this a LL issue or do I have to replace everything I have in my inventory? I have spent a good deal of $L on skins, shapes, etc... what can I do?

Same answer as above. In particular, you almost certainly need to rebuild your av. In V2 or Firestorm , Develop (CTRL + Alt + Q) >> Avatar >> Character Test >> Test Female. In almost any other viewer, Advance (CTRL + Alt + D) >> Character >> Character Test >> Test Female. That will replace your av with a brand new newbie. Then all you have to do is add you favorite shape, skin, and attachments to get back to normal. It's about 20 seconds worth of work.
