My destination tab says, "Connection timed out" how do I get fix it?

You're trying to TP to a spot and the TP failed with that message?  You can either wait until the destination sim isn't quite so busy --- busy sims block additional people from entering to keep them from crashing the servers -- or you can try teleporting to a different spot first.
