If you want to join Jeremy Linden's group, go in-world and search Jeremy Linden.  When you get his profile look at the groups he owns and pick the group you want to join.  If it's open enrollment then just click "Join".  If it's closed then IM or notecard Jeremy and ask to join his group.

 

I don't think he's going to come here to see who wants to join his group.
