An Admin and a Sim Owner have verbally abused me. Are they allowed because it is their sim?

I would hardly call someone calling you "dear," love," "honey," and other assorted names that one's grandmother might call them "verbal abuse." If you're uncomfortable with someone using what some might consider "terms of endearment" towards you, move on. SL is a big place.

P.S. Landowners can ban you from their land for any reason, or for no reason at all.

ETA:

P.P.S.: I just re-read your post and got to that last sentence. You actually ARd someone for this? No wonder LL takes so long to get to things that are important.
