An Admin and a Sim Owner have verbally abused me. Are they allowed because it is their sim?

A sim owner and one of his Admin's have repeatedly abused me verbally, calling me names I am uncomfortable with, such as my dear, love and honey, and accusing me of being hostile and attacking toward them, when it is the other way around. The Admin has laughed at me when asked to not call me by such names, and threatened me with permanent banning if I did not comply with the Admin's ruling. The initial ban was called for, I made a mistake and broke a rule. I am in no way complaining about the ban and willingly did my time, but now since I went to the sim owner, hoping to resolve the issue peacefully, my ban was extended for literally no reason. I was called a liar and more uncomfortable names, treated with such disrespect, that my feelings were hurt, because of their treatment of me. Are sim owners and Admin's given the right to mistreat members, just because they can? I reported them both for verbal abuse and am waiting to hear back from Linden Labs. Editing my question, the grandmother names as the advisor below puts it, are not abusing names, but I hate people calling me them, unless I know the person. It made me feel uncomfortable, when he would call me these names, then outright bash me, calling me a liar and making threats of permanent banning.

I would hardly call someone calling you "dear," love," "honey," and other assorted names that one's grandmother might call them "verbal abuse." If you're uncomfortable with someone using what some might consider "terms of endearment" towards you, move on. SL is a big place.

P.S. Landowners can ban you from their land for any reason, or for no reason at all.

They bought a sim, they pay the tier fees, you go to their sim & don`t like how they behave and you AR them?

If you don`t like what other people do on THEIR land, don`t go there....Simples!
