How do I clear Viewer 2 cache?

My viewer 2 is not loading at all. I have tried removing SL and reinstalling it a number of times but I am getting nowhere. It doesn't even start loading. Thank you.

PS  I get this notice about SL server crash though!

In your preferences where it shows the location of your cache, you should see a "Reset" button next to it. That will clear your cache.
