You may have to clear your cache. Then quit and relog from a quiet region (Smith, Pooley or Aqua). Type anything in your inventory search bar and wait till your inventory is FULLY LOADED WITHOUT MOVING. This should fix your problem. Then you can TP anywhere.

Also, have a look at your lost and found and trash folders.

You are looking in recent, look in inventory.
