white screen on tv watching

hight dsl 2 MB

try   differnt  level of grappich but nothing

i need helo so i wanna pay large tv for my own home

Can you watch that video in your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox...)?

Someone with this problem found that installing Quicktime (I think it was Quicktime) on their computer made things work. I have no idea why!

I've got the same problem, except it's most of my friends can't see the media, only one or two can.

It's not quicktime (for me anyway). Sometimes it's possible to see or hear youtube tvs while in buffering, but then they either appear as a white screen, or just plain off / background.

I've tried firestorm and viewer 2; viewer 2 has sound and firestorm has nothing. There's some sort of server or plugin issue here that no one I asked seems to know how to fix yet. 

Oddly enough, my friend's avatar has a shadowy bit on it, that actually relays the media. So while everyone can't see the tv at all, they can even watch it on their butt! It just `aint right.
