Yes, contacting the seller is the first step but if you do not hear back with a few days and before seven days have elapsed, you can submit a ticket under Failed Marketplace delivery and Linden Lab will re-deliver your item(s).

Contact the seller and ask for them to "redeliver". If it has not been delivered they should see the message "failed delivery" in their inventory management system. 

However, sometimes sellers can get a bit funny about redelivering items, particularly if they are expensive no copy items, transferable items.
