Hi,i have bought 2 items today,2/7/2011,according to statement ,the items were delivered but i have not received them. first item was a complete avatar 399L ID no 29034101/ second was BDR Roxana hair 220L ID no29034102,please help if you can,thanks

Try filling in ID details first,i had a problem when i tried filling in form,as i do not hold passport or driving licence i have to use NI number,hope this helps.
