SURL in event listing

I'm only guessing here ....... Is there a telehub on your sim that forces all landings to a fixed spot, or is the SLURL pointing to a location where TP is not allowed?  I have never seen the problem you are describing, but I can imagine being redirected to a default location in either of those cases.  (<0,0,0> is a sim's "garbage collection" spot, where a lot of lost things end up.)
