Sold Lindens for the first time ever and my Tillia account is in the minus?

Question

How is this possible?

I did a DJ set and make 7K in tips, I tried selling them for the first time ever and when I look to process the money it says I am in the minus and owe money? I have never used it before.

That does sound odd. Any fees should have been simply deducted from the amount you were transferring out of SL.  I think the easiest way to find an answer is to contact the Linden Lab business office.  The billing team is available from 6am to 2pm PST, Monday through Friday. Call toll-free in the US/Canada: 800-294-1067 or 703-286-6277.  If you are outside of North America, you can save some expense by using Skype or a similar service.
