ive been trying to load now for about 20 minutes and im still just a white poof...

Well lots of solutions for getting rid of puffy the cloud.  If people see you ok but you see a cloud, a rebake will usually take care of that one.  You can also go into the Advanced menu (Ctrl-D) - Debug Settings - and set RenderUnloadedAvatar to TRUE.
