when i try to enable the advanced menu, it moves my avatar instead.

i'm trying to enable the advanced menu (ctrl+alt+D) but it instead moves my avatar. i've also tried pressing shift too but that doesn't work either. what am i doing wrong? thanks.

(i'm on a mac, using second life viewer 2 if that makes a difference.)

If your chat bar is closed and you type one of the W-A-S-D keys, it will move your avatar.  The D key should make it turn to the right.   Shift + D should make it move to the right.  If you want to activate the Advanced menu, you have to hold down the CTRL and Alt keys before you type D.  On a Mac, that's CTRL + OPT + D. ( The CMD + OPT + D on a Mac hides the dock.  Kinda dumb, but that's the way it works.)
