How to see "quotes" in public chat

Hello all,

I’m trying to make a HUD that on touch says something in public chat.

I cannot figure out how to have quotes display in chat.

For example, what I get now is:

I hit the robot on the head clang!

What I would like to see in chat is:

I hit the robot on the head “clang!”
