cant login, please help

im new here, have the system requirments. but keep geting a login failed? DNS could not resolve the host name. im on a desktop, with cable dsl.

Lots of different kinds of failures can happen.  Can you please edit your question to add more information about the error message you are getting?  That way we can try to help more precisely.

Please quote your computer specifications including CPU, GPU, memory, OS and if you're using a wired or wireless connection. Also, is it a laptop or desktop.

When you try to log in, and it fails, what error message appears?
