Can you please offer some more information? Is there a warning, or specific time (during login process) it crashes?

when having problems with 3rd party viewers the fastest way to ask is mostly their support group, often there are people online to give help.

If you need LL to help, the first thing they ask for is to use the official viewer, that's the only viewer they offer support for issues.
