Folders being removed from Inventory

Hello good afternoon, folders are disappearing from my inventory, this is the second folder that disappears and they are important items for me, I would like to know if you can solve this problem.

Your inventory exists on the LL servers, so you haven't actually lost anything. But there is an inventory cache on your local PC, and that can sometimes get corrupted.

Use the Clear Inventory Cache button (Firestorm viewer, Preferences) or manually delete the cache folder on your PC. Then log in to an empty, low lag region (a water region like Heckendorf should do fine), and WAIT for your inventory to re-populate. If that doesn't work after a couple of tries, it's time to file a support ticket as Quistess suggests.
