Caspertech redelivery failure [Solved]

basically I brought two animations from the LeRoux  store. the first I did not receive. figure things were just being slow and ignored it. the second animation I did get. after some time I restarted firestorm and my animation is still missing? I go to redelivery terminal and it claims I have not brought anything from that store, despite the fact that I have one of the two animations and a transaction log of the two payments. I've already sent a notecard to the owner (still awaiting a respond ) next I plan to get in contact with Caspertech. are there any other things/options I'm missing?

Don't know if the SL unscheduled marketplace listing maintenance has anything to do with the problem?

It would seem the terminal can't record single animations, only full fatpacks. I had no idea that was a thing.

all you can do is check your transaction history, if there's a payment from the missing item, send it with a screenshot or payment id to the seller.
If the seller doesnt respond you'r out of luck

Caspertech is LL owned, but doubt if they will jump in.
