Communities to Rent In

I'm just looking for some suggestions for nice communities I could rent land in. I'm looking for a place that doesn't allow ban lines/security orbs, and build is turned on in the communal spaces. Rural/natural places are preferred but I'll take a look at any well made build.

I'll post a LM later but there is this lovely "island" community I have LMed. I seem to recall it's about 7 or 8 joined sims. It's a bit expensive I thought to rent but a gorgeous design overall, sort of west coast/med vibe.

Not sure if you found a place yet,  we have some available in Mogville!  It is now winter decorated.  1L$/prim.  No ban lines, creativity is encouraged!
