Can't login and can't get to support page

If I am unable to log into secondlife.com AND I cannot get the support page to load either (says The server at support.secondlife.com is taking too long to respond.) how do I contact support?

Is there a phone number or something I can use?

@quilnux unless you are a Premium Plus member, no, in short.

Have you checked your browsers to ensure it is not blocking the site?  I assume you HAVE tried multiple browsers, ie Edge, Firefox or Chrome?  Also you need to check with your Internet supplier's support to ensure service is OK and they are not blocking the site for some reason.

I can't log into dashboard. It times out on log in, this has happened on and off for sometime now, ussally If I try again it works but not today
