No. Unfortunately you have to give up one to get another.

 This is the way. For convenience, put all your Linden Homes in the same land group and put yourself on the house controller access list. You need to have the land group active in order to rez in the alts home. Also only the alt can do things like switching house models or setting the music stream via the Land tool. And only the alt can rez a Halloween Candy Bucket.
