SL Marketplace - Item never delivered.

To get a record of the individual items in your order, open Marketplace and click the My Marketplace menu at the top of the page. Select My Account >> Order History from the pulldown menu. The usual advice at this point is to paste that information into a notecard and send it to the merchant, but you've tried that.  The merchant can't have vanished or the strore wouldn't still exist (although s/he could have simply walked away from SL and left the lights on).  Your best chance now is to file a support ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ , selecting Marketplace from the pulldown menu.  Spell out the full details carefully in a nice, polite note.
