Items included in land sale

Hello, asking for a bit of advice:

if you buy land which states 'items included': how does that work? You can use them till you delete them but they remain the property of the original owner? How can you ensure items remain on the property? If auto-return of items is selected will the old landowners items be deleted/trashed? Can you edit left items to a new position? What if an item is a gacha item: will it somehow transfer to me as the new owner?

Right, if you set a non-zero auto-return, when that time passes the non-transferable items will poof from the parcel and return to their owner's Lost & Found folders in "coalesced" clumps of content. Or if you leave auto-return at zero, you can return the ones you don't like and the others will stick around until their owner returns and stealthily snatches them away. Items that were transferable from the previous owner will be yours forever, but beware: yeah, you may get some discarded gacha stuff but you will also become the proud owner of any scripted item they left behind—and landowner-owned scripts can do all sorts of mischief. (You can find them all easily, though, with the pathfinding objects window, among other ways.)
