changing membership w/ owning existing region

i'm looking for information and maybe some might be able to help. if someone is a premium plus and has a private region. if the change their membership to a lower status other than basic, will anything happen to that region?

Do you mean a Homestead that you got without buying a full private region first? If so, you'd have to give up the Homestead. (If you mean a full region, you'd still be able to keep it.)

Edit: I assume if you have a Homestead now and were to purchase a full region as well before downgrading, then you'd be able to keep the Homestead after downgrading.

no, a full region. so, i should still be able to keep it with no issue since my family lives on it too?

Anyone can own a full private region.  No membership at all required.  Mainland is the only land that requires a membership to purchase.
