my account will not allow me to logg on for a few days now everytime i try it says send crash report

My sl account will not allow me to access sl.Everytime I try to logg on it sends a screen that says crash report.What am i supposed to do how do I fix this? This has been happening for three days now.

It's very hard to tell without more information.  It would help if you can tell us what kind of a computer you are using, including some details about it.  Are you running on a Mac or a PC?  What operating system?  Are you on cable or wireless?
