This half region has served the community well over the last decade that I've owned it. Only 2 long term tenants since 2015. You should be #3. It's under rated and under priced! Tenants have same abilities as owner and pay the same cost for the parcel as owner does to LL ! Versatile and flexible. Make this parcel what you want. No limits!
