Looking for web/database developer

I've been inspired by NOAA in RL to make an info gathering service for the Blake Sea (and maybe other sailing regions). Gathering the info is the easy part, I've got objects designed to look like weather and marine monitoring equipment, and I can collect and transmit the relevant data by script easily enough. Displaying the info is where I'm hung up.

I've got a number of servers and domains I could use and was thinking a web page of some kind might be the way to go, although putting it together is a little beyond my abilities.

I'm looking for someone that could offer some insight or want to be involved in the project to work on the web end of things. I don't intend to turn a profit with the project, but I'm open to discuss some kind of payment.
