Note that the Skill Gaming regions are not, technically speaking, "gambling". What they have are "skill games". At least in theory, whether you win or lose is determined by your knowledge of the rules of the game and your skill at applying them. (But if you ask me, it still looks and feels a lot like gambling).

To access a Skill Gaming region, you must:

• Have a payment method on file
• Be at least 19 years old (19, not the 18 that lets you visit Moderate and Adult areas)
• Not be located in one of the "prohibited states", states whose local laws forbid even online "skill games". These are: Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, South Carolina, South Dakota and Tennessee. I have run across cases where a person's ISP was in one of these states, even though they themselves were not, and they were still prevented from accessing Skill Gaming areas. If that happens to you, try filing a Support Case.

But if, in the end, you cannot access these areas, you should actually be pleased. LL (or your local jurisdiction) has probably saved you a whole lot of money.

Spend it on shoes instead.
