Unable to list on the marketplace

Hello ....  I am unable to list on the marketplace.

When I try to add an item from inventory to MP the option is grayed out and I don't know why. 

Please help.

As far as I can see, you have never opened a store and added anything before now. So, be sure that you have read all the instructions at 

It's important to have a payment method on file, so don't forget that, and don't forget to accept the ,listing/selling policies.
