I have a prob re. billing & the site is not allowing me to create a case! Is there an e-mail addr?

Question

Good Evening,

Yesterday whilst I was online I made several attempts to buy L$. The only attempts which where successful where 2.
However, today I have been contacted by my bank and been advised that more money was deducted from my account.
I have checked my transaction history on the secondlife site and the L$ ans USD$ histories to not tally against each other.

Can I send attachments to a specific address for further clarifications?
