I just can't figure out how to abandon my linden home

I would like to get a different style of linden home but i can't figure out how to abandon the one i have D: where do i find world all i can find is world map lol :P and when i go to about land i can't find any general or abandon land button it just asks me what type of land i want

In your AboutLand tab there is an option to abandon land.  

World>AboutLand>General Abandon Land
