How does a person retrieve items sent while in "busy mode"?

Please can someone assist in this matter. I sent my daughter back her baby by dragging the baby from my inventory

directly to her IM box. I asked if she received the baby and she said "no", and that she was in busy mode. She searched

her trash and lost & found folders as suggested all do when in busy mode. For it states that any items sent while in busy mode will be in your trash folder. Why isn't this true?

I would think the baby is still in your inventory.  If you are sending an object perhaps you should click on the recipients profile and send the object from the profile - NOT the IM.

Storm. In viewer 2, you can not send an object using the profile like you do in v. 1 based viewers. The method for sending items in viewer 2 is to use the IM window as the OP did.
