Please can someone assist in this matter. I sent my daughter back her baby by dragging the baby from my inventory directly to her IM box. I asked if she received the baby and she said "no", and that she was in busy mode. She searched her trash and lost & found folders as suggested all do when in busy mode. For it states that any items sent while in busy mode will be in your trash folder. Why isn't this true?
