Several weeks ago I could not long in for about 5 days.  I kept getting an error message after I put my password in.  At first I could see the normal screen image with the razz bar, but after a couple of seconds I got a dialog box that I could not connect.  Suddenly it was all back to normal.  Then again I had the problem for about a day, then magically it fixed itself and I was back to normal.  Then last  night I had the problem again and for 24 hours now cannot log in.  My firestorm version is up to date.  How do I fix this or what is the process to open a trouble ticket.  It seems to be a recurring problem now.  I have fairly fast internet and I have same issue on my desktop and laptop.
