What I have to offer:  A full -city themed- SIM, that is around SL for over a decade now, with lovely details, residents and about 50-60 visitors per 24 hours.I will help you to set it up and give you a place and prims to play with.

What you have to offer:  Some years of SL experience. Common sense. Drama free. Interesting ideas for a place where people love to spend their time. Time to run it independent and daily ! Maby some good friends or a small staff, that will help you. Run events on a regular basis and doing PR and advertising for it !

My goal is to give the city some regular events, that will attrack renters and visitors ... and maby bring in some more people who want to live at this wonderful place.

There will be no costs for rent or prim use for you.
