Marketing Manager Needed

We are currently searching for a Marketing Manager for Season 4 of our show, The Viral Voice. This is like reality shows like American Idol, The Voice, etc., but it takes place in Second Life. Over the course of 7 episodes, well-known singers will take part in the format and perform on the grid. The show lasts about 4 months, and the winner is chosen by how the public votes and how the judges score each episode.
A good candidate for the following jobs would know about reality shows and how things work inworld. We suggest you check out our website www.PupSL.com and  "Viral Voice" section and watch a few episodes to better understand the show.

Responsibilities:
Discovering Second Life businesses to pitch sponsorship packages to.
tracking and monitoring all Sponsors' deliverables
Identifying potential venues for show promotion in-world and online.
Distributing advertisements by mail and notices 
Taking care of PUP's social media presence (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
Making advertising content.
Blogger Management
Keeping track of attendees and their information at live events
Finding and Managing Media Affiliates
Collaborate with the Talent Manager to spread the word about the show.

Skills Needed:
competency in using spreadsheets
Strong grasp of how the reality shows and events in real  world works
Exceptional command of the English language, problem-solving abilities, and a fiery dedication to one's work are all
Social Abilities
Innovative & Creative 
Sales Skills 
willing to learn
Strong Research Skills 

Renumeration:
Fixed Weekly Salary :  As negotiated 
Incentive: Yes
