How do i change my picture?

I am in Veiwer 2 and i cannot find out how to change my profile picture...

Hello DevilBaby and welcome to SL Forums. With the "new" Web profiles you can't use directly a pic from your Inventory as your profile's pics. The pic must to be saved in your hard disk (computer) first.

So. If you have already the pic in your computer, open your profile, edit profile, change, choose file, choose a pic and upload. The pic must to have one of the following extensions: a) .jpb b) .gif c) .png Other extensions aren't allowed.

If you have the pic in your inventory, open it in world --> save as and save it in your computer. The problem is that the pic saved in your computer with the extension .tga. Viewer 2 as i said doesn't accept to upload a pic with this extension, so you need to open with a program for editing pics and save it with one of the extensions i reported. After that you follow the same process as i described.

The new pics you get in world (snapshots) saved in your computer with the extension .png so there is no problem with them.

Go to your profile, click edit profile. Next to your picture it should say change or add. Click that then choose and upload a picture. Remember to hit save when you are done.
