Hello, I had a similar problem but I fixed it, you may have a program on your computer that is causing it to crash for example I had a program called Questscan and I had no idea were it came from, but as soon as I uninstalled it it loaded just fine. I say go to your control panel (which can be accessed from your start menu) and go to programs (in the control panel) it should say uninstall a program. From there it will give you a list of programs, look for odd ones you know are not with your computer, but be careful if you uninstall programs that need to be with your computer(ones that came with your computer like adobe flash player). uninstall the program and it should load Second Life. The viewer will not load.... I have reinstalled viewer 3.2.1 three times now ,it is still not loading.... I have deleted every file for SL Veiwer 2 but still not working.... and when I download 3.2.1 is it supposed to show as viewer 2 or viewer 3 because it is showing up as viewer 2 on my desktop .... and when i download it says would you like to download to __/__/__/viewer 2? (it is not really showing up as ___ I just forgot what else it says) I have always used viewer 2 but now this "viewer 3" dosn't`t seem to work... I have had to boot my computer due to forgetting my admin password, and had the screen replaced earlier this week, could that have something to do with this (although I have seen many others w/ this same problem), possibly during the boot? PLEASE HELP!!!

Secondlife is crashing two seconds after the icon is clicked... it shows the small white box(that usually says loading textures,ect.) as if its going to load then crashes. I have just downloaded the 3.2.1 I have played secondlife for awile... all of a sudden it is doing this... PLEASE HELP? 

I am in Veiwer 2 and i cannot find out how to change my profile picture...
