Items sent to me sometimes doesn't go into my inventory after accepting?

This is not the first time this has happened, but this time it's really grinding my gears. I signed up for a Midnight Mania (after paying 100 to join the group for that specific thing), and when it delivered the item at midnight, I accepted it and- POOF. Nowhere to be found! It's not in my inventory.

I was indeed offline the exact moment the Midnight Mania sent out things, and I think that's when this problem happens. 

Is there a way to fix this issue aside having to stay online to get the things? How does anyone get their things fro Midnight Mania's then?

I had a similar problem recently, nothing showed in "Received" items, I finally had to check "Recent" items (hope I got that right). The new items were buried with "Objects".

Not sure if any of that helped but, you never know!

Sadly it's not in my objects, recent, or recieved T_T but thanks for helping!!

This sadly has been a random problem since the move to AWS.

I mostly see it with MP purchases.

If it is a freebie/demo I usually will purchase it again to make the previous purchase show up instead of relogging.
