Have you looked at BeSpoke Caravan yet? They have a really nice orc head and their display avatar seems to use Aesthetic Niramyth Enzo for the body. Is it popular? No, so that's going to be a challenge, but you could probably also get a nice effect with Gianni or Kario if you use a detailed skin (and BeSpoke also sells BOM SLuv + Aesthetic Niramyth Enzo applier orc skins in various colors). You could also try Velour, Fallen Gods, and Petrichor for skins for the common bodies.
