Does anyone know what the yearly cost of premium plus per year for Australian residents is? I paid $149,00 for my regular yearly premium.

It may vary slightly depending on whether LL or your payment method is doing the conversion and what rate scale they use.  Anyway, today's conversion at bank rates puts it at roughly $358 Australian dollars.
