This is a nice quiet parcel, right next to my old land that I sold to my neighbor. It's roadside with a view of the lake. The little open-air club across the street has free rez if you join their group, so you could easily sail a boat from there. There's at least one other water rez zone on the lake, but you'll have to look for it.

My advice if you buy this parcel is to be friendly with your neighbors, explore the continent, and use a skybox for low lag privacy.
