Lost debit card

I recently lost my debit card and had to cancel it and have a new one coming. My concern is it won't be operable by the time my SL account and tier fees are due. If not paid on time, will I lose my land?

Possibly.  To be sure, you might want to either contact Live Chat (if you are a Premium member) or the Linden Lab billing office. They are available from 6am to 2pm PST, Monday through Friday. Call toll-free in the US/Canada: 800-294-1067 or 703-286-6277.

Incidentally, you should probably be aware that debit cards are not actually approved for use in SL.  They do work for some people some of the time, but there's no guarantee.  If yours has been working in the past, you may be one of the lucky ones.  See this note in the Knowledge Base:

A common cause of payment method failure is the use of unsupported card types. At this time, the majority of prepaid cards are not compatible with our system, even if they bear the VISA/AMEX/Mastercard logo. This includes cards purchased at retail stores, rechargeable credit cards, and bank-issued check cards.
