There is no manual age verification under account issues

 

There must be a bug in the system however since my girlfriend cannot age verify either

Manual age verification is only available to premium members.

If you have a basic account and the automated verification fails to work for you, you can get account verified by adding payment info to your account. This will get you access to all adult content except for the few parcels where the owner has specified age verification as a requirement.

The automated system has always failed for people for no obvious reason. Sometimes it can be as simple as the way you type your name, do not use any spaces in your last name even if it is 2 names, such as Van Dam. Also try using any addresses or names that have ever been on public records for you, because it could just be that record that it is trying to check against. Some people have been verified with 5 year old addresses, there is just no logic to it.
