Quistess Alpha
If anyone else has an issue running the binary for their viewer ( I tested with Firestotm and Kokua) on (arch) linux, after doing a system update, the solution for me was to install the 'libxcrypt-compat' package. That's why I use the AUR entry instead (Manjaro here). I actually had to revert the change for a short time to make sure it stayed working (Manjaro is often behind a bit from Arch on updating some libraries). Libxcrypt-compat is required because one of the libraries it used before no longer has the relevant .so being provided by it. They had to swap away from gconf as a result. 1
Heidi Rewell
Hello, I am on Manjaro and I use steam in flatpak with proton-GE in flatpak. To install Firestorm, you have to use the "add a non steam game" function. The performances in game are better than with the version of Firestorm for Linux.
