Neck seam on EVO-X

I've been using Lelutka Kaya in EVO mode for a few weeks with no problem. I wear a skin from 7DS. Today I decided to try Evo-X - I have four EVO-X skins also from 7DS (all gifts/midnight mania/whatever, so there were no demos). But no matter what I do, there is a pale neck seam with all four skins.

Below for my head settings, Worn list and what it looks like. What am I doing wrong here?

It looks like a neck fix or neck blender of some sort but I cannot find anywhere on either the lelutka hud or the maitreya hud to turn it off. I've tried all four neck sizes on the maitreya hud, they all look the same. The problem disappears as soon as I go back to EVO mode and return to my normal skin.

There must be a setting I'm missing somewhere - what is the setting and how do I find it?

That's a particular problem with the Evo X skins from 7DS. They have a free Neck Fade tattoo set to correct it. If you don't see it in the store, ask a CSR for help finding it.

Yeah u do need the free box of neck fades from 7DS.. i think there at the front on the counter or near one of the fly by friday ones.. no charge for them. That will fix the issue
