Premium Member Tokens? What are they, and how do you use them?

I decided to see what the newest premium member gift is, but I cannot find any explanation as to what the Premium Token or Hud are for?

You may be thinking of the token that is used on the Winter Wonderland regions to get an upgraded snowball shooter or snowmobile.   I'm not Premium myself, but I know I've seen signs there that remind Premium members to wear their token to get the benefit.  There might be similar things in other places.
