Why can't I get age verified?!

I have been waiting for years!! I finally turned 18 1 hour ago. I have been looking forward to accessing all of SL and according to Linden Labs i am still a teen... Please tell me what to do. I don't have to create a whole new account.

No, you don't have to create a new account, you can use your existing one. I don't know how automated the process to lft the PG restriction on teens who have just turned 18 is but maybe give it a day or so and if still unavailable to you, contact Support. I think there were some threads on this before (use Search above) and there were a few issues.

The system to recognise that you are now over 18 is still not in place, so you will need to contact support to get your maturity rating unstuck from General/PG.
