I am looking at getting a homestead sim just because I want to be able to use the texture options and reset the sim and stuff, use for home and my store-but i want someone who would like to get in with me so I’m not paying the full 6999L myself. We could either half it, and half prims, or we could set up something else. Message me!

I've seen places where you can rent a 1/4 homestead parcel; the landlord/estate owner takes on the risk of finding the other landmate for you.

Do you already own a full region? That's a requirement for getting a homestead, and I figured you'd be renting because you quoted in L$.

So how is that different than renting 1/2 of a homestead from a rental company? doesn't the company keep the estate privileges in either case?

No they don’t. When you rent a homestead from a rental company you get full sim rights. If you’re not interested and still want to continue this convo we can talk In dms, I’d like only interested people to comment here lol

I've rented a homestead before.  Same estate rights as renting a full region.  Less cost, less prims is the only difference.
